Privacy notice for business contacts

Who is responsible. AgentAxis Corp, operator of TalentAxis, 701 Tillery St #12-3574, Austin, TX 78702, USA. Privacy contact: Henry Nguyen, contact@talentaxis.ai.

What data we have. Business contact data only: your name, job title, company, work email and LinkedIn profile URL. We do not collect sensitive data.

Where it came from. We did not get it from you directly. It comes from public professional sources and business data providers, such as job postings, company websites and business databases.

Why we use it. To contact you, once or a few times, about TalentAxis, a high-volume hiring platform for hourly teams, because your role relates to hiring at your company. Brazil: the legal basis is our legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7, IX), limited to the minimum data above. Mexico: this is the only purpose; we use your data for nothing else.

What we do not do. We do not sell your data or share it for third parties' marketing.

Who processes it for us. Our email-sending and data providers, under contract and only to send our messages and keep the list. They and we store the data on servers in the United States, so your data is transferred outside your country.

How long we keep it. Until you object, or for about 12 months without any reply or interaction, whichever comes first. If you ask us to stop, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list so we never write again.

Your rights. Mexico: access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO), plus revoking your consent or limiting use. Brazil: confirmation and access, correction, anonymisation or deletion, information about who we share with, objection, and complaint to the ANPD. To exercise any of them, reply "no" or "STOP" to any of our emails, or write to contact@talentaxis.ai. We answer within 15 days (Brazil) and within 20 business days (Mexico).
