Data Deletion Instructions

TalentAxis integrates with WhatsApp (via Meta) to send account and hiring-related notifications. This page explains what data that connection involves and how to request its deletion.

What data is involved
When you connect with TalentAxis through WhatsApp, we store: your WhatsApp phone number, message history exchanged with TalentAxis through WhatsApp, and any profile information you've shared with TalentAxis that's linked to your WhatsApp contact.
 

How to request deletion

Email support@talentaxis.ai with subject "Data Deletion Request," including the WhatsApp phone number associated with your account and your TalentAxis account email if you have one.
 

What happens next
We verify the request and delete the associated WhatsApp-linked data within 30 days, with a confirmation email once complete. Deleting WhatsApp-linked data doesn't automatically close your TalentAxis account — contact support@talentaxis.ai for that separately.
