Henry Nguyen

Henry Nguyen is the co-founder of TalentAxis, a high-volume hiring platform for hourly teams.

Before TalentAxis, Henry spent 8 years as a founding engineer at an AI hiring company whose software was used by large US employers; it was later acquired by Workday. He built and led its engineering from day one.

He has more than 18 years of experience building SaaS products, with a focus on platform engineering, cloud infrastructure on AWS, databases and security.

Today he is building TalentAxis: candidates apply by text or WhatsApp in about two minutes, AI screens every applicant, and managers book interviews in one click. He works directly with clients and partners and runs every pilot himself.
